Marnie and her team staged a large open-concept home for me. The listing was in Bainbridge Township and priced at $950,000. I knew it needed a cohesive design for the house to show well. She did a great job and I easily sold it. Most buyers commented on how much they liked the furniture and could it be included in the sale:-) That is a high compliment for stager for sure!

Unfortunately did not get to work together due to timing but Marnie was great to work with. Initial walk was great. She truly cared to see the whole property and didn’t rush through the tour. Marnie gave a great break down in the proposal she sent over of all that she could do for us. Would reach out again in future for any staging needs!
